Nunu is not cheesecake for low elo

simply because everyone brings flash =P

Nunu is not OP because of his ultimate, but because of his pushing... His ult's his least important part.

Also, the ult CD is lower than flash CD on every level, so it's not the real point.

Furthermore, he already said he makes the list for the Elo he plays in.

Wrong again.

Nunu is OP because if a combination of monstrous sustain on an extremely low CD which doubles as a pushing tool, fairly strong harass, and general resistance to ganks while being able to easily facilitate allied ganks.

Basically, you can't leave any lasting damage on him, and he slowly whittles away your health bar while still having decent pushing power and being extremely difficult to gank.

Jarvan should be tier 1. His disrupts are amazing and his ult works really great with garrison at defending top. Plus, dem jukes.

That nunu comment was more a joke about how every low elo thinks flash is OP
