Lissandra is a mana using, melee range, AD scaling carry.

Passive: Seething Frost - When Lissandra deals damage to an enemy target, she generates a layer of Frost armor, reducing incoming damage by 5%(+.05) AD, stacking up to 3 times. Enemies who melee attack Lissandra are slowed by 30/35/40% for 3 seconds.

Q: Black Ice 20/18/16/14/12 - second cooldown - Skillshot - Lissandra summons a long, icy path in front of her, dealing 30/40/50/60/70+(.2) AD and slowing enemies by 30/35/40% for 5 seconds. If Lissandra steps on the path, she will slide across it with her blade extended forward, dealing 30/40/50/60/70+(.4) AD to any enemy who crosses her path.

W: Freezing Slash - 14/13/12/11/10 second cooldown - Skillshot Cone - Lissandra quickly slashes enemies who are standing in front of her from left to right, dealing 70/100/130/160/190+(.5) AD. The first enemy champion struck is frozen for .5/1/1.5 seconds, unable to move or attack. Subsequent enemy champions struck are slowed by 30/35/40% for 3 seconds.

E: Cold Heart - 20/19/18/17/16 second cooldown - Lissandra is consumed with cold anger, gaining 3/6/9/12/15 AD for every stack of Seething Frost for 4 seconds. Lissandra can extend the duration of Cold Heart by auto attacking enemy champions, up to a maximum of 8 seconds.

Passive: Lissandra deals 5/10/15/20/25% bonus damage to slowed enemies.

R: Glacial Terror - 75/60/45 second cooldown - Lissandra's flesh and bones become frigid, and a layer of ice forms around her blade for 9/12/15 seconds. Her auto attack range is increased by 20/40/60, and enemies she auto attacks are feared for .5 seconds. Enemies can only be effected by the fear once every 5 seconds. If Lissandra is killed while Glacial Terror is active, she shatters, dealing 150/250/350+(1.0) AD to all nearby enemies.
