or does Riot not seem to give a **** about dominion anymore?

Also, I swear it seems the new updates to draft have screwed dominion draft into DotA 2 queue times(13 minutes or longer)

I don't think they don't care but can't do much, there currently is nothing they can do. The game seems pretty fair right now, except maybe for some champions, but they can still do well if played correctly. I do hate the queue time that goes on for atleast 1- 20 minutes, maybe if there was more reward more people would play, you only get 50 - 70IP usually on a win and 10-30IP on a loss which is pretty...cr ap, on SR I can get 150+ with maybe 8 more minutes than a Dom. game. A new map would help spice up Dominion too.

They don't care, I realized that months ago but went I pointed it out, they just laughed. 4 months later and who's laughing now, they seriously do not care.

They care, but the problem is caring won't fix it. Dominion has, as admitted by Riot, a lot of issues that prevent it from being a legit game mode, and small 'band-aid' fixes won't do it. So they're going to have to do some in-depth research and do not just tweaks, but entire reworks.

"In-depth research" doesn't save a dying game mode. All they have to do is put Nikasaur on youtube suggesting that more people play Dominion and we'd see them flooding in.

Riot doesn't care.

Pretty much this.

Dominion is hurting more from a lack of people playing than any balance issues.
Drastically increasing the size of our playerbase would solve a lot of problems.

What do you mean there is nothing they can do...? They created this map. They can do everything they want to make it succeed, but I don't think they will because it doesn't bring in the money. But they can do a lot to help Dominion, even if it's not changing the champions for it. For starters, they could advertise it. That would be a huge start, having Riot actually talk about the map and trying to promote it instead of the players.

Honestly, this. They don't even try advertising it. I know SOME Rioters care (as in, play the mode), but hundreds of people work for Riot, and the few that "care" about the game, won't make a difference either.

True. Advertising it would help, it would attract some an hopefully hold on to some, like trying to hold sand in your palms, but like that, I don't think many would stay. They do need to fix the map some, give it some variety. I love the time frame of the game but I find some issues are the queue, afk-ers and how repetitive it is also when one team starts to win, you can already guess five minutes in who will win, it's hard to pull off a comeback when you have the disadvantage. I still stand by the idea of creating a new Dom. map though, in a way it could attract to the original to, that could also advertise Dom. It is a shame to watch Dom.go, it is nice to get a break from hour long matches and it has great potential,but...Riot x.x

Actually, everybody, myself included, was laughing at you because they knew you wouldn't quit... and they were right.
