Of course, he had under 80 wins and is 1,600s Ranked Elo SR...
Or the dude I had who played Garen and blamed Teemo/Lux as picks, saying he had over 400 games on Dominion and he knows miracles don't happen! I managed to get that game to victory, but I don't get it. People defeat themselves before the game ends, and not only that, negativity affects their team-mates.
They are losing themselves a game by being negative, and they are negative because they want to win...
I really should use the ignore button more often.
Still, screw surrender. I don't get people who even start surrender votes on Dominion.

frankly if you start a surrender vote currently on dominion, its fairly foolish- if youve made it to that late of the game you have a pretty good chance of making the win happen, either because you have one or 2 people on your team strong enough to carry, or because the game is THAT close that its going to come down to who gets the last couple of kills and gains control of the triple.
Thats why I honestly feel the surrender time being moved up is a good solution- if I have a game I know I'm going to end up losing, not because of disconnects but because of some other obvious behavior, it ends up poisoning my attitude for the next game. Thats my fault, sure, but it still happens. That sucks...not a lot of other ways to say it, it just sucks.
Yea, I should use the ignore feature more, but I always *heard* it prevented you from queing with people and screwed up your que times? Plus not seeing pings feels like I'm letting the team down, even though 80% of pings in mid-tier elo are worthless.
I heartily agree with all saying that surrendering doesnt need to happen a majority of the time- but thats why starting a surrender vote is not the same as passing a surrender vote.
