EDIT 2: This thread is NOT VALID. Indeed we did not receive stipends on october 7th but I did not get a chance to talk to a rioter about it.

the maintenance on 6/1 made an issue for the newcomers and older players:

ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS since i got my last stipend and ive been busy with school but i still was able to fit a few games but i still dont get the stipend why is that
