How much should I pay my 13 year old nephew to farm Diablo gold for me?

Tomorrow is my 13 year old nephew's last day of school, and I'm going to put him to work farming gold for me while I am at work. Do you guys think I pay him an hourly wage, or pay him per 100K gold earned as an incentive? And what would be a decent rate for a 13 year old on summer vacation?

You should defo make it comission based and you should pay him no more than twice what you'd pay a Chinese kid for the same amount of farm. Let him know you're paying him more only because you trust him more.

EDIT: And anything more than $0 is a decent rate for a 13 yr old kid to play Diablo 3./

Letting him play should be at least some payment (unless of course he has the game)

I'd probably give him 1-20 bucks depending on the work done, he is your nephew after all.

lol thats the biggest problem morally, i dont want to pay him less than a chinese farmer, but i imagine they only make pennies on the hour?

i want him to take this seriously, if I just let him play he will probably make his own character, and spend all of my gold on it. the last time I let him play league of legends he spent riot points on Teemo. :-\

Hired CCFs make between $4-5 an hour for WoW.

No, I know, I'm just saying letting a 13 year old play Diablo, a game his parents most likely won't let him get for himself, is in itself at least a small reward for him.

As I said, I'd go for just 10-20 dollars, what's a 13 y/o going to do with money anyway? He'll most likely have fun doing it and 20 bucks is more to a kid than it is to an adult.
