Maybe that's because you guys nerfed lee sin and noct is pretty much the only other high damage high mobility jungler left.

You just said that the jungler you choose is based on what you need for team comps, when you nerf all of the other strong gankers with gap closers don't be surprised that the last one left sees a lot of play.

you know that people play him because other better junglers are usually banned while rest are weak or their playing style is different then Noc (less ganking more farming, counter jungling or fast clears)

Get your facts straight. Nocturne as been a common ban/the most picked jungler in recent tournaments in NA and PERMABANNED in the EU. He's a problem in here in high Elo solo queue as well. Don't post ignorance if you're not up to date with recent metagame.

It's really sad to see GD post so much junk when they have no idea what they're talking about. Just look at how many people in low/mid Elo think Kass is OP. GD is ALWAYS behind on the meta for a good few months.

You have absolutley no idea of how weak can noct be on a bad team comp without a real tanky.

If you pick a bad team comp, you cannot complain that the jungler is weaker because of it. And picking a good team comp does not automatically make him the god of all that is jungle. That is completely illogical.

That is like saying "You have no idea how weak our [insert ranged carry] can be on a bad team comp with any CC." If your composition is bad, then it is bad. That has nothing to do with the a single champion, but the team as a whole.

I know you're nerfing Nautilus and Nocturne because of their jungle, bet did you ever think what this does to their laning capability? Nocturne probably won't even be able to lane anymore with the nerf, unless his mana costs are lowered.
I know he isn't used in lane in higher level play, but I don't want my champs only role to be jungle, that's boring.
