he looks really complicated to play in the sense that there are so many potential effects to manage. i'm guessing you were trying to make an Invoker-type champ? anyways, my complaints:

is the DoT on Q over the duration or every second for that duration?

There is a typo on R (instead of earth, it says wind)

The DoT is every second. It's mechanics are the same as Teemo's poison.

The typo is fixed now :P The abilities all have a duplicate so I copied and pasted it between the abilities. I must have missed it when I changed the names. Thanks for pointing that out to me.

As a whole, the mechanics can seem complicated for managing all of the effects, but that was the point that I wanted to add with Kyro. I don't like playing champions that you really don't have to put much thought into how you initiate an attack. I wanted to make him into someone that requires a little planning and presence of mind when you're attacking instead of "Q-E Auto-W-R-auto/move while waiting for CD". I prefer how Udyr is set up in this sense as he has to balance which Stance to activate first in combat, and keep switching depending on combat variables.

Kyro is meant to keep many options available for how to attack while also being simple enough to know which abilities are your damage dealers and which are utility. This allows you to build him multiple ways with each having it's own niche rather than building standard to everyone else who plays him.

That is how I envisioned him.

Thank you for your review.
Jenkin

Fire: Basic attacks cause his targets to catch on fire dealing 10/20/30/40/50 + (.15 AP) magic damage on hit and 7/14/21/28/35 + (.15 AP) DoT for 3 seconds.

Once you activate Earth, you lose Fire's passive and gain Earth's Passive: Armor/Mr is increased by 8/16/24/32/40.

I suppose I should word the abilities as Persistent Effects rather than Passive effects.

Does that answer your question?
i think you should used the word persistent effect instead of passive
and yes, you answered my question

Woah ! So cool ! It's like he's an AD carry except that he deals magic damage too ! So you could build him AP or AD or both !

I'm confused about his passive - more specifically the global CD part.

I also fail to comprehend is Water/Steam. What is Grevious Wounds ? (I am a newb.)

For his Water/Mud, seeing that it doesn't stack with Frozen Mallet, does that mean it will not stack with any item that slows ?

Also, care to look at my champion ? I would appreciate it. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/....php?t=2196955

1st Question: The Global Cooldown is when All of his abilities go on cooldown at the same time for the specified amount. This is in place to ensure that you're not spamming between the same abilities and gaining every effect at the same time.

2nd Question: Water is the W ability. Steam is effect name that is created when you go from Fire ability to Water ability or vice versa.

Grievous Wounds is the Riot named effect that is applied when you render the target's Healing/Regeneration ability to 50% for the duration of the effect.

Example: You target Dr. Mundo when he uses his ult, Sadism - Mundo regenerates 60% of he max health over 12 seconds at Rank 3 (5% per second). With Grievous Wounds, it reduces his regeneration to 2.5% per second for the duration of the Grievous Wounds effect (4 seconds for Steam). So instead of Mundo healing for 60%, he will heal for 50% as you have reduced it by 10% with just Grievous Wounds.

3rd Question: Phage/Frozen Mallet/Trinity are the only items that would make the slow ability OP when used with Mud. Rylai's will not slow as he only Auto Attacks as he does not cast spells. Randuin's Omen requires that you get into the midst of battle to activate. As it is an AoE, I find it permissible to use.

4th Question: I will review your champion right now.
