No really; this guy has been doing it all day. You need something more strict than Tribunal and that should be a primary concern of your company since you're trying to be a competitive game. It's people like these that make me refuse to play ranked, and he's been doing this all day. His match history is FULL of games of him just spamming boots and/or spamming zeals.

Oh, and in the thread I found out about him, he openly admitted in chat that he was feeding.

I feel bad for people who actually put up with ranked. I'll stick with my normals; they're more professional without the need to grind through the e-thugs.

No one can reasonably stay in a non 800 elo range by stacking boots every game.
