It's a general rule in games that there isn't a perfect group/team just waiting to invite a random person. Groups that invite random people generally aren't at the level that people who are looking for that invite think they belong at.

As always, if you want to find people to play with, then you play and make friends. Pick the friends that are good and you get along with, and make a team with them.
