As people are mentioning, not a lot of action, and seemingly a very wide success gap.
I don't own him (yet), however I've played against Draven a few times and tried him out on the PBE.
With the short time I played him, my success was okay. I still prefer Varus/Ashe/Twitch/Ez/AD Kennen, however his gameplay was interesting and it seemed fair.
Those which I have played against are on two extremes of the spectrum:
Either they suck (dive for axes into teamfights, don't position right, waste ults, miss ults, etc.), or they completely dominate the game. I've seen a Draven go 2-17, and one go 41-9 (both PvP games).
However my limited experience with him can't be the basis on a judgment call for a buff or not. Clearly people are doing well with him, and a buff would put those people in positions beyond being OP. When more people start purchasing him and perfecting him, I think there won't be any buffs needed. That being said, I do see it possible that Riot would buff him to get more people to play him, and then nerf him back to where he was after to prevent him from being a new morde/jax.
