Why is nothing ever fixed?

Seriously, either fix it or don't change the status to "online". Jesus Christ, I can't believe I can pay money for something and have it LITERALLY never work.

I like how if you look at the server announcements there is a thread about server problems on 8/21, 8/22, 8/23, 8/25, 8/26, and a 8 hour maintenance on 8/24 to round it out.

Should we be making appointments to log on from now on?

If they had just restarted the servers when this initially cropped up, things would at least be fixed for like a day. Instead they let it "fix itself" and now its all ****ed up again. This is getting ridiculous.

Unlike Riot employees, we aren't getting paid a salary to make sure servers are stable.
Even non-profit organizations would fold if they where closed as much as riots servers

It's been like that for so long now. We rarely get days without downtime.

If you pay money for something you have the right to gripe....services are not being rendered. Thats why they created the Better Business Bureau.

Fun game, but horrible servers.
