I do. I get why it was taken out but it allowed you to be such a nuisance at low level play. And it was fun to catch so much hate from the other team.

While it is nice to have items that are special dominion ones designed for dominion that item was not very balanced on champions that could roam easily, kassadin, Rammus, etc.

That's why there isn't a +15% damage to towers item in Rift, it'd be rather silly.

It was the worst item ever created. Horrible stats, 'meh' active, mostly useless passive so you'd only ever see it on low elo players who want to lolbackdoor all day long.

I don't particularly miss it, but when I used to use it, it wasn't as a POOTing Rammus every time. It was just nice to be able to squeeze in that last cap percentage right before the enemy arrived. But I only bought it for that one ability, which seemed so unique as to be essential - that's bad game design.

Don't miss it at all. Dominion now is still even a tad too backdoor-strat friendly for my tastes.
