Where can I find more of these? Is Elementz one of the few who keeps an up-to-date one?

Also where can I be sure to find reliable guides of skilled players. I know there's the "Complete List of Guides" but I don't know which ones are by skilled players. I've been enjoying playing support a lot so I'd love to be pointed towards good taric and janna guides.

I have to say that Elementz has a pretty good tier list.

But it is there as a GUIDELINE, not an actually this-is-better-than-this list.

Everyone has their own playstyle that they enjoy
and everyone does better in certain A situations instead of B.

But yes, if you haven't got a certain grasp on which champions you wish to play
Elementz is one of the best out there (at the moment)

I believe that every single champion is viable in good hands. Play what you can the best, don't follow the tier lists.

and I, myself, think that his list is lame. But it's, again, only my opinion.

I don't agree with his lists, especially with alot of champions in Tier 2-3, they could easily Swap places and some are Tier 1 but they aren't given enough credit.

So its all about opinion and conception.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 have very murky lines, but the lines are far more defined as you move down tiers.

His list is an opinion to be agreed with and to be disagreed with. That is all. The data on the other hand seems more viable but the truth is that it's not the champion that makes the difference, more the summoner. Play a character well, and he/she will be on your own personal tier 1 list.

The low-tier champions on that list are highly disagreeable with, and the same can be said about the high-tier champs. Personally, I don't believe in the whole Tier system, rather the "Flavor of the week" system, in which specific patches have the clear standout champions who are either new or just received a buff increasing their usefulness.

The problem with this system is that it changes clearly every patch, meanwhile the Tier system has a rough standard that stays close to what it was in the last patch.

It's all relative and opinionated. Basically, if you use a champion well, don't be conned into playing another one because yours is on Tier 4. Any champion can be a standout...

... except for Evelyn, when the hell is her buff coming out?
