I haven't played since the first of August, and I've been hearing that one of my mains, Vlad, was nerfed a bit, and that Koggy is now a beast.

Where can I look at the changes and stuff?

vlad wasnt nerfed as far as i know,

and kogmaw isnt a beast, the reetarded community is just crying about him without any reason.

You can find it in the announcements part of the forum.

vlad wasn't nerfed. If anything it was leaning towards microbuff. 50 range nerf on one skill compared to a decent duration increase on another. Boots were already his biggest counter laning phase. Lol. Doesn;'t matter.
