I know this but like they said in the update, things worked fine until it released. Unexpected things happen. And people rage because of it.

Meh, this game isn't the first and won't be the last game to come and go in my lifetime. If they didn't fix it, yea it would suck and I wouldn't be happy, but I would move on just like I have with every other game that's not here anymore.

Still doesn't mean that they're doing a good job with this issue. It's been going on all week and while their update had a good bit of info in it. When you read between the lines it said "We tested it. It was good. We put it on live. It screwed us and now we have no clue how to fix it 4 days later."

And that tells you that stuff happens. Nothing can be predicted fully. Theres always variables in patches. You make it sound like they are incompetant in your "read between the lines" bit. Good things come to those who wait.

Maybe it sounds that way because they've had 4 days to diagnose the issue and still have no clue....

Yet they've said they know the issue and are working to fix it.... Things take longer to fix than you may think.

You actually believe that they know what the issue is, have an entire team of people working "around the clock" and still can't fix it? ok....

Do i need to emphasize these things take time? THESE THINGS TAKE TIME. There. And also it's been different issues throughout the week. I was able to play and log in just fine a couple days. Sometimes fixing something messes something else up, coding is very specific.
