I'll just post what I was going to say before I saw Sauron's name:

1. You can't win all games.
2. Just keep playing, and if you're carrying long enough, you'll win more than you lose.
3. K/D/A isn't everything.

After seeing Sauron's name?

Situation: You went glass cannon and you're not doing so hot. Like, 0-10-0 cold.
Bad response: Keep buying glass cannon items.
Good response: Start stacking defense! It's cheap! Tank Ashe ftw!

Enemy assassin simply destroying you? Chances are they're simply taking advantage of your mistakes and are willing to point them out after the match, so don't rage at them.

Just tank a few games and get back into the 1800s. The games are much more fun there. You can watch your Jax kill himself on a thornmail'd Amumu three times or a Blitz dive a 3v1 on a tower to pick up one kill (maybe).

**** happens. Apparently at all levels of the game.
