Boots + 3 pots. Kage's/Hextech Revolver. Hextech Revolver/Kage's. Then I would go dcap if you need the damage or Rylai's if you need the durability. Then finish off DFG, void staff, then whatever last item you feel is more important. Hourglass for armor/invulnerability, or Rylai's for the team utility.

Seems like a pretty good idea actually. Might to to try it out. Damage modifiers with DFG often work out really well.
