I have a 7 minute wait to get a game...is this normal?

It's been a while since I've played dominion.

Just restart the queue I find clicking around the LoL in game menus helps a lot too, seems to always want to put you in a match while you're doing something possible because they give you the option to finish what you are doing before you start the champion select.
