If he were tearing up Solo-que or dominating Tournaments sure....but he is actually really balanced at the moment.

Why not attack more problematic champions:

Leblanc -underpowered no sustain

Akali - weak no sustain / late game

Shen's Global Ult when no one else has one anymore

Eve / Twitch - both still stupidly weak champions

Fiddle's Lack of AP Damage / Esp on his Ult

Gangplank adjustment since you nerfed Atmogs and destroyed his viability.

Garen's Lack of Spin Damage scaling into lategame

Hecarim's everything

Heimerdinger's complete lack of viability in LoL at all (Removing him wouldn't really piss anyone off)

Malzahar's inability to do anything once he hits one target.

Master Yi's 50/50 AP/Physical system that is designed horribly.

Miss Fortune's reality that she is just a weak form of Graves that no one will ever choose again.

Nasus's dependance on Q Farming...leading to him being unviable almost all the time. (Like old Veigar...but he got looked over when Veigar got his change)

Pantheon's inability due to scaling to be a tanky bruiser...small adjustments would make him a viable top laner...just ignored by RIOT.

Poppy same issues as pantheon late game she becomes fodder after her ult...just keels over and dies from lack of tanky scaling. Her great passive doesn't save her after 15min mark.

Rammus ....the hell did this champion go exactly?

Sejuani - back to the drawing boards....please.

Sivir - Reverse the Ricochet changes you made so it goes back to the old version the new change is really dumb...she'd be viable if the new change wasn't in place.

Talon - Bring back RELEASE Talon...please....the meta's changed enough that it'd support his release build...when he was actually FUN!

Teemo - Can we give him a fing real passive please? It's about time this guy had a passive that did something after the first 30 seconds of the game.

Trundle - Have a group chat at RIOT to figure out why no one cares this guy exists? And give him a legendary skin....

Udyr - up his turtle stance back to where it used to be so he's viable.

Viktor - Delete him...like heimer he's just not meant to be in LoL.

Warwick - Now that you got his sustain to where he's not obnoxiously op in Lane...he's become Malzahar he blows his load then he's cannon fodder...needs some sort of sustain...shorter CD on Q or something...

Wukong...not exactly sure what is his biggest fault but the thing i hate most is his ultimate is so terribly unreliable...in a game where Zyra's ultimate takes up a god **** mile of a lane...wukongs takes up less space than Garen's spin to win...really annoying...

Ziggs - needs more damage output

Zyra - NERF THIS !@#!@$!



See you have about 100000000 other things you could be worrying about when talking about champions and you are too focused on one who is actually relatively balanced at the moment. Just annoying early -> early mid game...then he's not good at all. No reason to bother him at the moment...fix the 100 other issues you have.
