so, solo queue, ranked. a team mate and i are picking our champs at the same time. they pick jungle jarvan. i pick top yorick and open up my masteries to fiddle around with them. when i close my masteries they have switched from jarvan to nidalee, claiming top. deeply confused, i asked them why they would change with roughly 5 seconds left on the timer when i had already locked in as a solo top champion. the response was something along the lines of, "well i called mid and i didnt get that so i dont understand why you think you should get what you want". in any case, she eventually agrees to go bottom lane with varus as a support. except by support, she meant lane partner and was farming/ building hard ap instead of the standard gp10. fantastic. our varus gives up fb and places the blame on the nid who opened dorans ring and no wards. the nid then spends the next 5 minutes in the game sitting on the summoners platform complaining about how unfair the game is when it was almost entirely her fault that the team was in that situation to begin with. eventually our jungler decides hes had enough, and just starts hard pushing my lane for no reason causing me to fall behind and lose my lane. between all the rage and downright retardary i just told the lot of them to bugger off and left.

hope I see you in the tribunal so I can punish you... its never ok to leave, no matter how retarded your team is.

sry for the poor punctuation, but its just a rage thread thats not really worth reading. and i think its entirely fine to leave a game if your team is already committed to losing and its just become a pit of insults

i understand theres an ignore function, but id honestly rather just leave the game than play with 4 people who hate eachother and are going out of their way to screw one another over for little more reason than because they feel slighted. entirely hypocritical, i know.

people seem to think that leaving the game is like the ultimate sin. i think its only bad to leave a game when you still have a chance at victory. again, i'd rather leave the game than have committed probably worse offenses by continuing communication with the 'people' (and i use that term loosely) in that game.
