hey riot can u please fix viktors lazer geting stuck in one place its realy a pain to play him because of that.and also just a suggestion... buff talon because there isnt realy any reason to play him other than his croud control.his damage isnt great his attack speed isnt great and hes a tad bit squishy so.... ya just a suggestion
