Does the nerf (increased cost, lower MR) to QSS jeopardize its tier 1 item status for dominion?

not likely. its active is too useful

It was mainly used to counter specific situation, such as AD malz bottom. I don't think the increased cost will have to much of an impact on Dominion.

It's going to be mandatory versus certain matchups until they make cleanse remove all negative spell effects, as it allows you to buy an (improved, even) summoner spell xP

While AP Malz *really* hates qss, AD Malz gives like, half a **** about it at best.

The nerfs didn't change the core purpose of qss, and thus did not change the main reason why people will buy qss, that is, the ability to remove extremely annoying CC on demand *coughSUPPRESSIONcough*
