his Q / W are really really off, i dont think an assassin would care for mana regen or health regen. Also an assassin by name is really really squishy the way you have his Q laid out would make him another meta tank. 25% DMG reduction? thats huuuuuge.

His W has a nice concept. but think of how kat is right now and people are screaming op, yeah this is 3x worse.

- this is not like akali's cresent slash as it doesnt do more damage to isolated targets, it is more like a gragas's body slam
