Will Evelyn be an AP or AD? Sounds like with the Hate Spike change and an ultimate that deals damage that she will be AP, but not sure

I'm a bit leery on the ability for her to be seen in stealth to such a large degree. If the ability of a player to see eve through her stealth is an even wider range than oracles, it will pretty much hard counter the champion no matter what.

As it stands now, oracles basically shuts down eve and twitch. You have to get your entire team to bum rush the support, which is usually very difficult, in order to make either champ less than worthless. And now you're saying that players can see past her stealth at a range greater than oracles? It seems to be like she'll always be countered when she tries to go in for a kill, no matter what... unless I am missing a mechanic you're adding.

At least oracles had the gold sink, where you had to pay 400g to hard counter her. Now you don't even need the item?

I'm looking forward to this. Since the stun was taken away from eve, however, is she compensated by something else that will make up that loss for but not be too ridiculous?

eve needs a "rebirth Evelynn" or some other kind of phoenix themed skin in commemoration of her rising from the ashes to viability.

So if I run in front or behind a enemy champion without attacking, they will be able to detect me correct? I'm still confused on that little part of Eve's stealh rework.

Will eve still have a permaslow on her Q with rylais?
