6300 IP=1 rune page

What? This is stupid, 6300 takes forever to farm. We should start out with three to begin with.

1 melee
1 any hero
1 AP based

Wtf, why does it have to be 6300? Reduce it to like.. 3150, 6300 is just effing overkill.

Yeah it is especially since the rune pages are glitched right now. Like I managed to get 7 pages but it tells me I only have 4 of them plus my 2 original ones. Kind of dumb and riot isn't even paying attention to my thread about it.
