What the hell are you talking about? Xin's current passive is heal every 3 basic attacks =_= smh

Tnxxxxxxx riot team designers, tnx for nerf more to xin, tnx for remove the attack speed passive, tnx for dont remake the ultimate, that ult its the usless ult ever,

jayce can have 6, 7, skills but in you can have 3, ult its usless, wonderfull

Apparently the standard support items (Philo and HoG) are getting nerfed so they've moved from nerfing champions to nerfing support playstyle.

It will depend on the numbers. The mechanics changes won't do much either way, but if the numbers are lowered it will be a nerf. If they are increased, it will be a buff.
