Spending money on the game does not entitle you to a faster ticket response time on support. How much you spend on this game is irrelivant and in the future you should probably not mention it again. It's just a suggestion. But to save yourself alot of frustration in the future. Realize that how much you spent on the game means absolutely nothing.
Other than that, the average wait time for a response on a support ticket of this nature is 7 days. While I understand that you believe waiting 2 days is being patient as well as aggrivating. You need to adjust your expectations of help for a free to play game. They do not have the resources like blizzard to have a full support staff. yet they have millions of accounts. So try to be a bit more patient and realize it takes about 7 business working days to get answered.
