I read the OP. The best players in the world get out played. Just less often then others.
EVERYONE can get outplayed.
There are ways in which you can help your team win the game even while losing your lane hard.

Winning your lane = CS, Kills/Assists, maintaining pressure and EVENTUALLY taking the tower.
Winning the game = Getting your team fed and cooperating for team fights.
