"Eve's new passive sucks" really? Think about it.

Her new passive is great! Old (current actually as of now) Eve suffers from not putting points into stealth since it won't last very long. Now, you'll be able to stealth without putting points into a skill to do so. Also, doesn't it give her better mana regen while she's stealthed?

This is very true if you hit them with ravage your Q will likely hit them so if you just kinda dodge their attacks and spam Q you will bring them down and farm minions too. The ult would make her a natural tower diver with W to run away.

My only complaint is the restealth time. I get that it should be significant, but it seems like overkill right now.

Any Evelynn who can't make a kill descision in 10 seconds sucks at palying Evelynn.

Long term stealth was never her ultiamte benefit it was her speed burst and gap closing that made her awesome.

Now she has nothing but speed.

You could close major gaps by juking in order to not be hit with CC, only because of long term stealth..

Upvoted, however this is only true because she didn't have a movement speed boost. Now her W passively gives stacking movement speed.

Her kit is still weaker than other assassins to make up for her stealth. Except now it isn't that strong in a fight or to disengage. Its just there to bypass wards.

The general consensus on PBE is that she's UP, and either needs a buff in stealth or buff in power.

It gives stacking movement speed if you're attacking... unlike her current ulti, it breaks stealth upon activation.

That's a moot point if you only use the Active when you get in vision range. The times you would want to use it to engage, you're already in vision range anyway, so you don't lose anything for breaking stealth. Meanwhile, you can also use it to increase the distance as an escape (but not during the escape, after you stealthed; that seems like an intended balance tweak).

You're rewarded for using it aggressively and you only have an 8 second window to use it as an escape
