I'm still missing ranges, cool downs and costs because I just wanted to get the idea up and see what people thought. Help deciding on them and maybe a clever cost mechanism would be cool. I think that he might use something similar to energy because being a composition of insects he would have to replenish the ranks.

Swarm infests an area of the map with fleas, dealing damage and agitating the enemy causing attacks to miss.

Magic Damage: 85 / 130 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+1.0 per ability power)
I don't know yet really I'm thinking something along the lines of him growing in size and dealing damage to all
near by enemies something to the equivalent of anivias ult, having a high mana cost per second and having the
ability to be shut down by being targeted by auto attacks and spells. with a lengthy cool down.
