if you build hybrid, build triforce. if ap, build LB. other than that, really whatever you need.

The range at which eve can be seen in stealth is just way too far, even with ghost+maxed W you cant close that gap on anybody whos paying attention.

put it this way:

her new stealth passive is so bad, Riot felt the need to add a mana regen to it. she's invisible when noone could see her anyway.

she's terrible. the kit is fun but it's incredibly poorly tuned. here's how i'd fix her:

1. swap her passive with her W and make her W just like Twitch's new stealth.
2. make her passive a % move or attack speed with each ability trigger or damage dealt.
3. lower the cooldown on her ultimate by about half.
4. make ravage exactly the same as it was pre-rework. it was fine as it was (slow, shred)
