your match making systems puts every player with random other players.. ok no problem
then it turns out that the players you have been grouped with are totaly outmatched by the other team of players(that could easily be premade and in better communication)
ok thats fine it happens whatever

an hour and half goes by and your STILL stuck with these outmatched people that it was obvious to you that they were never going to win this game at about the 10 minute mark.

and you have had pretty much this same group of losing players on your team all day, cause random matchmaking is in the mood to give you a straight line of scrubs

you leave cause you just cant take it anymore they are so bad at this game that they dont even know they are bad and refuse to surrender to the other team thats clearly having the time of their lives just farming these idiots for fun. and its all your fault cause you left, they all blame you cause you wont stick out the slaughter cause you would like to get on with your life and maybe get another game in before the end of time. you are the bad guy... because you want to surrender.. or you "DC"

riot.. could you please consider for a minute letting people bail on a game at any time with no penalty.. i know the reasons this sounds bad.. but im really starting to doubt that its any worse than torturing your players with bad team match ups and no way out.

i can see keeping it the way it is for ranked and such but honestly when your brilliant bot combo of xin xao and warwick is 2/16 combined at 10 minutes in.. your cassiopia mid figured she wont need magic resist or hey even boots against a leblanc in lane a dorans blade should do.. and your quite certain that the urgot on top is chewing on his own shoes with his eyes closed and trying to use both the keyboard and mouse with 1 hand... let your players bail on this mess and try again with another random group without threat of punishment.

also a filter in the random system for players who speak the same language wouldnt be horrible... every player could select what language or languages they are able to use and matchmaking could match players partially based on there ability to communicate with the other players they will be teamed with. im not saying it isnt great to have such a diverse player base just that when it comes to group activities a deaf guy using sign language to explain the plan to a blind guy isnt going to be fun for either of them.

pings help sure.. but they dont really convey "hide in this bush and focus their ad carry first" as well as one might hope.

there are so many raging players especially in ranked because your performance / LP gained or lost is not based on how well you did individually but rather if your team won or lost. So if you have some terrible player throwing the game you are probably going to get pretty upset because if he throws and the team loses, you lose as well. Despite how well you might have done.
