First of all passive.. regen 9% hp per attack... ok stack attack speed some LS and you will literally not die. Especially if you grab a warmogs for the Lolz.... since % max... and 50% for kill... he would be refreshing his health in team fights like crazy... considering he can push out 1000 damage in 25 seconds with just his Q alone..

OP? How? That 9% is only when he's Level 18, which is well-deserved if foolish players decide to feed him.
Besides, he's not highly reliant on AD, since his Q is the only skill that does damage. His W is a stealth skill which can increase the damage of his next auto attack after it fades, his E is a DoT mist that obscures the enemy team's map vision and heals allies, and his R is a channeled burst then DoT mist that obscures enemy vision a la Paranoia.
