If you're PC cannot handle league...

I constantly see people having issues playing league. They say they are lagging and that their FPS hits single digits during team fights. Honestly, I built a PC for $272.66 and here are the game's i've played on ultra settings at 1080p

Average FPS
Wow-25 man raids: 29
LoL 5v5 teamfight: 60
Sc2 max unit fight: 18
Skyrim Average:40
SW: ToR: 60
Bf3: 30(high settings not ultra)

Someone posted that the HD 5770 cannot max 1080p and thats bull****. Either your CPU is gimped and your playing CPU bound games, or the card is overheating. If you're using an AMD CPU I can understand, even intels current 70 dollar CPU(G630) which is used in this build performs on the level as the Phenom 2 x4 980 and the Fx-8120 octacore.

I have a HD 5770, and run those games full as well, but I actually have RAM/CPU that is worth a sh*t.

My card is a lil' old now tho

That's lag which people unfortunately confuse with FPS spikes due to hardware issues. Lag most of the time is server based, but i'm refering to fps spikes.

Lag has nothing to do with FPS?

Ya the HD 6770 is considered the best mid ranged card to start with, and it's a rebadged 5770. The HD 5770 can max out about 98% of the games on the market at 1080p atleast 30 fps.
