Playing a ranked 5v5, the recall animations on the minimap, usually the blue swirl was bugged. Instead, there was a spinning blue square around the recalling champion. It obscured everything under it.

I only noticed it on my team when they were recalling so I'm not sure if the same thing would have happened for everyone. It was consistent throughout the match though and effected all friendly champ recalls.

Team comp was: Zyra, Ezreal, Lulu, Fiora and Lee Sin.

I tried to get a screen shot, but I wasn't in windowed mode, so no dice there. It has not happened on any game since.
