Greetings my dear enemies!

I want to share a tool with you, which I created for EU several month ago.
I updated it's functions etc. to work properly with US.


What kind of tool is it?
It's a support tool.
It will assist you with your patching issues, provide solutions or workarounds and system information, if further assistance (by Riot / Wrenchman) is necessary.


What the tool will do?
Long story short:
1. scan your system for LoL clients (EU/US)
2. scan the patcher_lib.log file of the client
3. generate and open a logfile with information about the error(s) and a solution/workaround

See the attachment for an example logfile.


Wait a second, you said "created for EU", ...?
Yes, EU. I'm the EU lead Wrenchman for LoL and created this tool to improve the general support for the customers.
The tool was one of my first, but is pretty efficient with it's ~300 line of code and is quite populare over there.
It got some updates to add US client support and adding new issues to it's datebase.


Something special to mention?
No.
The tool need no administrative permissions - read access for the LoL directory is enough.
The whole process will take around 4 seconds.
If the tool advice you to download a specific LoL file to fix something, see post 2.
The solution may not work in all cases. If you have issues to solve it on your own with the tool post the logfile and we'll see what we can do.

If the tool advices you to download a specific file, you can find the most common files here.

To know what file is necessary, look into the generated logfile of the tool.
The file is mentioned in the ERROR-section as part of the error message.

Quick question to clarify something about the tool. Ran it and it showed this - (link below). Does this mean I must replace that .mp3 file? If so that is great! Thanks for the tool!

Yes I know... I had to replace an mp3

Is there a chance that they could be re-uploaded to a different site? I was only able to download 2-3 of them before it said I had to pay, and I need more to fix my game :-(

Edit: Nevermind, I just downloaded the standalone version and ended up having to copy the entire air folder to my install. Copied/replaced 14 individual files before I gave up and copied the entire folder.
