Im testing this ATM... but hopefully it works. But this is what I did. I went to change region then picked a random language that isnt English. Yes I know theres 2 english but dont pick them. Pick a language that you have never chosen before. It should then update...

Edit 12:03 AM (WORKING) :
1) Go to this folder in your PBE directory: LOLPBE\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.0 .142\
2) Delete releasemanifest and S_OK
3) Go into the deploy folder in that same directory
4) In there, delete the lib, logs, META-INF, and mod folders
5) Also delete LolClient.exe, LolClient.swf, and locale.properties
6) Repatch THEN PLAY!!

Many of us have done this already and it hasn't done anything, sadly.

I'm assuming it's like all other situations: It'll re-patch but you will still be unable to load

Basically you repatch (but not by selecting a different region.) It fixed it for me.

Doesn't work for me. Tried with multiple other languages before running Repair. Waiting on the repair's results now.

Repair DOES NOT work.

I have an SSD and so the process is fast for me, but didn't help.
