You being 0/7/0 is your fault. Not your jungle's. When are lanes going to realize, if they get beat it's because they got beat, the only way a jungle has an impact on you directly losing your lane, is if they gank while you're not there and end up feeding a kill directly to the opposite laner. Other then that, stop sucking. Just because your jungle didn't gank and their's did 100 times, doesn't mean you can't avoid the enemy jungle's ganks and make him waste his time by constantly camping your lane.

Morale of the story. Take some responsibility and stop blaming others for your piss poor game play.
