The only way I can guess how bad someone is feeding is by there death toll, and usually consult if they had any kills or assists. Sometimes though, they are in last place for deaths but not by a wide margin. If the chat log doesn't show a bunch of "stop feeding" comments, I can't tell if it was intentional or not.

I also get a little irked if I'm reviewing a case and the person being reviewed isn't even the worst trash-talker in the game. I've pardoned cases simply because the one on trial said "gay" and the entire opposite team was trolling his brains out. I know the rules and he's safe in that case that he's being provoked and not even being that malicious. I believe the tribunal needs to have an option to open a case against people who are being malicious and just didn't have a case opened against them.

Any advice/thoughts on the matter would be awesome to hear.

If I see anything in their text that goes to the extent of calling someone a name such as "person with downs", "retarded", or anything to suggest they have a mental issue, or talk about any type of sexual abuse etc, I will punish them without reading anything further. That talk is filth and as someone who has kids and friends who have suffered with that I will not tolerate it.

I've seen a case where 6 people reported someone for verbal abuse, and the only text they said the entire game was 'GG Noobs'. There was no option for "tell him to pull his pants up, brush his teeth, tell his mom he loves her", so I pardoned.

I wish there was a way for the tribunal to raise cases against others in the text of the match being reported. Such as "Hey, the guy being reported should be pardoned, but this other guy needs to be looked at".

The feeding one is hard. I look at the players level. If they're under level 20, and they are like 2:8, I don't consider that feeding, especially if they're running a support char - who should not be trying to get kills.

What I think should happen is to be able to view the game itself, like if the game ends with a report it is cataloged to be able to be viewed for a couple of days. I know there are people here who would watch them, otherwise spectator mode wouldn't exist. Possibly include a higher IP bonus to those who review entire games perhaps? (ARE YOU LISTENING RIOT?!?!)
