This also means that everyone gets in at the same time. So apart from the second or 2 seconds it takes for the champs to load up, it means that everyone can pick the new champ at roughly the same time.

Very nice to have this implemented. Should never have to worry about starting games with a huge player disadvantage that started in champion select.
