u wanna scrap the name its just never gonna go thru

Instead of healing over time make it increased health regen for short period of time.

Isn't the fact that the abilities being wonky, make them more special? i mean i didn't want to make him seem like all he does is heal.

I would like to see this, or more healers in general, but the consensus seems to be that Damage is all that matters in LoL. Heals are only useful for laning sustain. Soraka's firmly entrenched in the 'top healer' spot, and even she doesn't bring much to the table.

So just want to get this straight healing overtime will never be used, yet isn't catalyst a heal overtime? and Health regen is pretty much healing overtime(since you are gaining health over a period of time)
