As far as I have noticed, (I could be completely off) Fiddlesticks' drain is the only channel ability that can do damage to Vlad after he casts his troll pool. Seeing as Fiddle's drain is essentially a giant straw, sucking from vlads massive amount of health should only be easier once he has converted to liquid form. (Sanguine Pool)

BUFF: FIDDLE DOES 2X DAMAGE TO VLAD WITH HIS DRAIN, WHEN VLAD IS LIQUID MAN.
