What error is occuring?

it gets to 99% then says error downloading ,make sure internet is connected

Mine's doing the same except it's been stuck at 33% scanning files/calculating differences for a half hour now, no error displayed. I even closed and restarted it, still stuck at that point.

Windows 7 Pro, Intel Core 2 Duo laptop, firewall is off, Antivirus temporarily disabled... never had this issue before.

tbh ...i kept at it ...downloading that is...and then finally it did ...now tho im d/c from games just b4 i go in ...kinda sad
