Minha acc também não foi transferida Lipeh1 - TricksterLipeh, eu ja botei mais de 500 pau de rp no league of legends, e agora os cara fazem uma cagada dessa e nois leva na espinha?.

Same problem too...
trying using the store gives the following error:

Status: Transfer failed. You will be able to continue playing in the current region(North America.) Your account balance has not been debited. Your account has not been activated on the new region (BR.)
Reason:Unexpected error (9500) encountered during transfer. Please try again at a later date.
