I don't rage at my teammates. Granted, I might totally be thinking, "My laning partner must be high as a kite" or something similar, but I won't tell them that, rage accomplishes nothing, and it might make them rage, which would be counter-productive.

When someone gives up a few kills or otherwise starts losing their lane, that's a problem, but not an insurmountable one.

When someone starts yelling at the people who are dying, yapping about how the game is lost, raging about how they always get the noob teams... that is compounding the problem, and it is much harder to overcome.

I can actually agree with one thing you said - take some responsibility for your own actions. A teammate who's having a bad game is something that's (mostly) outside of your control. Your response to them is entirely within your control. And the right response could actually help your team win the game, whereas the wrong one (such as one including the words "terribad noob", perhaps?) will only contribute to your team's defeat.

I do NEVER rage, it's a game and when my team lose a game, i think about what I have done bad, sometimes obviously you see bad players on your team , but I always try to help them, suggesting builds or gameplays, like stay under the tower and wait for ganks or thinks like that.

Never rage guys, keep your rage to use it against something that have more importance than a game.
