Why whenever i go anivia mid my jungle never gives me blue?

so who's your jungler? even though there's pretty much 0 jungler that would benefit more from taking a 2nd or 3rd blue, was he counterjungled? is he behind? is the jungler in full carry mode and needs the buff to crush other lanes?

Same happens to me whenever i play Kassadin
last game i had to fight a Zyra that got 3 blues from the jungler while i got none (and that's before her nerfs)
i still managed to crush her, but playing as blueless Kass is a pain, just like Anivia or Swain

the thing is, anivia needs that blue to farm, her AA is horrible
