Demacians never posted any threat to Noxus, nor does any other champion.
Possibly the Magus Ascendant if he were to be freed from his prison, but no one else.

So if the legends hold true and I sing the world to its end, I would not be a threat?

Karthus stands there, not amused or intimidated. He then moves his head quizzically to the side at Swains first response.

Since when did you think you were the superior mage? You may be powerful, but I'm on a different level.

With this, Karthus snaps his fingers and the ghost of an enormous dragon appears around him.
(( Don't worry, its not like he's the most powerful necromancer in the world or anything like that. *sarcasm* ))

He dismisses the dragon as Swain returned the orb.
