Nunu bot is more like an anti-bot instead of an actual pusher IMO. You just put a carry there with lifesteal and outfarm him til lategame when you should beat him or at least be more useful to the team.

I'll reiterate this.

Stack lifesteal on an AD champ and toss in a bit of MR too. Then just ignore Nunu completely and farm to your heart's content.
