She wont be op, it will sort of be like Anivia or orianna. they are difficult to use and require allot of micro management but once you get the hang of it the power level will be worth it. That way a bunch of new or unskilled people cant just pick up a very powerfull character. Though some are too powerfull and easy to use, just saying.
